Now is the perfect time to invest! I don’t mean in stocks or precious metals (which is a great thing to invest in, but that’s not what we’re discussing today) what I am referring to is investing in YOURSELF!

Now is the time to make it happen. Warren Buffett once said, “Invest in as much of yourself as you can, you are your own biggest asset by far.” Nobody can take you away from you (does that make sense?).

Invest in yourself spiritually, mentally, financially, etc. whatever or wherever you are lacking in life put forth the effort to invest in making it better. You Are Your Greatest Work so put in the time to benefit your future self today (trust me, you will thank yourself in the long run).

I am currently working on investing in myself, I have put it off for far too long. I came up with every excuse possible, (I was moving, I was getting married, I grew comfortable in my current state) but then one day I woke up and I just wasn’t content anymore with where I was, where I was lacking. I completely understand that for everyone it’s not that simple, that you can’t just wake up to realization like that, but as soon as you have a made up mind, as soon as you no longer want to be in that current state of being, it really is that simple, to just open your eyes and wake up to reality. To say, “okay, that was cool and all, but it’s time for a change. It’s time to invest in something other than what I was used to.”

No more excuses, now is the time. My hope is that this post will help at least one person wake up to their reality, that they will do something today that their future self will thank them for later.
